12th Commons House of Assembly - 1710 to 1711
The Twelfth Commons House of Assembly convened for at least three (3) known sessions. The first session met from October 10th to October 27th in 1710. The second session met from December 5th to December 8th in 1710. The third sesson met from January 9th to March 1st in 1711.

(3) John Guerard declined to serve. James Kinloch was elected to replace John Guerard and he qualified on 12/7/1710.
(4) William Williams declined to serve. William Rhett was elected to replace William Williams and he qualified on 1/10/1711.
(5) Henry ? declined to serve. John Whitmarsh was elected to replace Henry ?, but he too declined to serve.
(6) James Cochran declined to serve. John Musgrove was elected to replace James Cochran, but he too declined to serve.
(7) George Frost declined to serve. John Barnwell was elected to replace George Frost and he qualified on 1/18/1711.
(8) Thomas Jones declined to serve. Thomas Farr was elected to replace Thomas Jones and he qualified on 1/10/1711.
(9) Alexander McKay declined to serve. Samuel Davis was elected to replace Alexander McKay and he qualified on 1/25/1711.
(10) Henry Rivers declined to serve. John Raven was elected to replace Henry Rivers, but he too declined to serve.
(11) John Stanyarne declined to serve. John Williamson was elected to replace John Stanyarne and he qualified on 1/10/1711.
(12) Christopher Wilkinson declined to serve. There is no record if anyone was elected to fill this vacant seat.
(13) The journals do not state that John Woodward was from Colleton County, but he is identified with Colleton County in all other Assemblies that he attended.
