Resolution Directing the Secretary of State to Deposit Certain Documents in the Library of the University.

1840-1841 - Public Resolutions

Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1840-1841 - Page 110.

Resolved, That the Secretary of State be directed to deposite, for preservation, in bound volumes, in the Library of the University of this State, three copies of the various docujments published under the authority of the State, including the Reports of the Supreme Court.

Ratified this, the 11th day of January, A.D. 1841.
