An Act to Legalize the Acts of the School Trustees of Kernersville Township in Forsyth County.

Public Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1873-74 - Page 230.

Section 1. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That the acts of the school trustees of Kernersville township in Forsyth County, in collecting taxes for school purposes in one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, one thousand eight hundred and seventy and one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one, are hereby declared to be legal and the said trustees declared to be not liable for any criminal action or indictment for the same.

Sec. 2. This Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified this 16th day of February, A.D., 1874.
