Resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate Concurring:

That the general assembly proceed on Thursday, February sixteenth at twelve o'clock noon, to the election of a board of directors for the Deaf and Dumb School at Morganton.

Ratified the 15th day of February, A.D. 1899.
