Samuel Andrews of North Carolina was a loyalist leader during the revolution. He came to Shelburne, Nova Scotia, then on to Tusket before settling in Yarmouth.

Major Samuel Andrews' unit was called "The Great Swamp Company" and they were part of "One-Eyed Hector” McNiell's Royal North Carolina Militia of Bladen County.
