 In the morning, five of Col. Thomas Neel's regiment (SC) were fired upon by a party of Indians about two miles from the camp at Neowee Creek. Two of the men made it back to the camp. Col. Andrew Williamson (SC) sent out a party, but they could not find any of the Indian attackers. |
