Was the Hiwassee Valley Railroad.

Chartered in March 1919, this railroad was standard gauge and roughly twenty (20) miles in length. Listed as a common carrier, its principal commodity was timber.

The line ran southwesterly from Andrews and followed the Valley River until it reached the community of Marble. From Andrews to Marble, it paralleled Southern Railway's Murphy Branch on the opposite bank of the Valley River. At Marble, the line veered southward until it reached the community of Peachtree. Here the line swung sharply to the east to clear a mountain range and then conntinued easterly until it reached Hayesville.
