*1910 sold under foreclosure to Rosslyn Lumber Company. 1915 sold again to Sidney Bieber who kept the original name. 1920 reorganized as the Virginia & Mt. Airy Railroad, but there is no evidence that this entity ever operated the railroad. Apparently liquidated in the 1930s. aka Mount Airy Narrow Gauge Railroad.
