1967 was the merger of Seaboard Air Line Railroad with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad.

+ 1979 - Acquired the Durham & Southern Railroad.

+ 1985 - As Seaboard Systems Railroad, sold assets to the Nash County Railroad.
