South Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

13th U.S. Congress (1813-1815)

The 13th U.S. Congress met in three sessions: 1) May 24, 1813 to August 2, 1813; 2) December 6, 1813 to April 18, 1814; and 3) Septemberr 19, 1814 to March 3, 1815.

Due to the results of the 1810 U.S. Census, South Carolina was now authorized to send nine (9) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All South Carolina U.S. House Districts were redrawn as of March 3, 1813.
