South Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

73rd U.S. Congress (1933-1934)

The 73rd U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) March 9, 1933 to June 15, 1933; and 2) January 3, 1934 to June 18, 1934. A Special Session was convened from March 4th to March 6th in 1933.

Due to the results of the 1930 U.S. Census, South Carolina was aonly uthorized to send six (6) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All South Carolina U.S. House Districts were redrawn and renumbered as of March 3, 1933.
