South Carolina Delegates to the U.S. Congress

98th U.S. Congress (1983-1984)

The 98th U.S. Congress met in two sessions: 1) January 3, 1983 to November 18, 1983; and 2) January 23, 1984 to October 12, 1984.

Due to the results of the 1980 U.S. Census, South Carolina was again authorized to send six (6) delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives. All South Carolina U.S. House Districts were probably redrawn and renumbered as of January 3, 1983.
