Act to Require All State Institutions of Higher Learning to Report Annually to the State Superintendent of Education.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, That on and after the passage of this Act it shall be the duty of the authorities of all State institutions of higher learning, in addition to the annual report required by law to be made to the General Assembly, to make an annual report, on or before the first day of September, to the State Superintendent of Education, embracing a detailed account of the operations of such institutions, including the expenditure of the public moneys for the current scholastic year, which reports, or so much thereof as the State Superintendent of Education may deem proper, shall be included in his Annual Report to the Legislature.

Sec. 2. That all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with this Act be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
