An Act Relating to the State Colleges.

Acts and Joint Resolutions of the General Assembly of South Carolina 1900, Page 358.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, That on and after the approval of this Act, the Board of Trustees in charge of the South Carolina College, and heretofore denominated the Board of Trustees of the University of South Carolina, and the Librarian in charge of the Library of the South Carolina College, heretofore denominated the Librarian of the University of South Carolina, and the Treasurer heretofore denominated as the Treasurer of the South Carolina University, shall be respectively designated, denominated and known as "Board of Trustees of the South Carolina College," and "Librarian of the South Carolina College," and "Treasurer of the South Carolina College."

Sec. 2. A majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
