Winn's Regiment

Francis Kirkpatrick served in Winn's Regiment.

When Cornwallis took Winnsboro, 1781, for his headquarters and sent out raiding parties to wipe out the resistance, Samuel Gladney fought with the militia, in Colonel Richard Winn's Regtiment, Captain Edward Martin's Company.

John McDill served two months and seven days in Captain John Nixon's Company, Colonel Winn's Regiment.

Adam Byerley, Jr. served for 70 days in 1781 under Captain William Hughes, Colonel Winn's Regiment at Orangeburg.

Stephen Nolen, III served 191 days 1781 in Colonel Richard Winn's Regiment of the South Carolina Militia.
