11th Commons House of Assembly - 1736-1739
The Eleventh Commons House of Assembly under Royal Rule convened on at least eighteen (18) known occasions. The first session met from November 10th to November 13th in 1736. The second session met from November 30th to December 17th in 1736. The third session met from January 10th to January 21st in 1737. The fourth session met from January 31st to February 12th in 1737. The fifth sesson met from February 21st to March 5th in 1737. The sixth session met from October 4th to October 8th in 1737. The seventh session met from December 6th to December 17th in 1737. The eighth session met from January 17th to February 4th in 1738. The ninth session met from February 21st to March 11th in 1738. The tenth session met from March 20th to March 25th in 1738. The eleventh session met from May 30th to June 1st in 1738. The twelfth session met from September 11th to September 18th in 1738. The thirteenth session met from January 16th to January 27th in 1739. The fourteenth session met from February 5th to February 10th in 1739. The fifteenth session met from February 19th to March 22nd in 1739. The sixteenth session met from March 12th to March 22nd in 1739. The seventeenth session met from April 2nd to April 13th in 1739. The eighteenth session met from May 29th to June 7th in 1739.

(2) William Elliott, Jr. declined to serve. Thomas Drayton was elected to replace William Elliott, Jr., and he qualified on 12/7/1736.
(3) Walter Izard declined to serve. William Peters was elected to replace Walter Izard, and he qualified on 12/10/1736.
(4) Walter Izard, Jr. declined to serve. Peter Goulding was elected to replace Walter Izard, Jr, but he too declined to serve. Walter Izard, Jr. was then re-elected, and he qualified on 1/11/1737.
(5) Richard Waring declined to serve. John Postell was elected to replace Richard Waring, and he qualified on 12/6/1736.
(6) Joseph Blake declined to serve. Stephen Bull was elected to replace Joseph Blake, and he qualified on 1/18/1737.
(7) John Parris died on September 23, 1738. Samuel Prioleau was elected to replace John Parris, and he qualified on 2/27/1739.
(8) Isaac Waite declined to serve. John Delabere was elected to replace Isaac Waite, and he qualified on 10/5/1737. John Delabere died on March 8, 1739. Robert Thorpe was elected to replace John Delabere, and he qualified on 6/5/1739.
(9) John Ouldfield declined to serve. James Maxwell was elected to replace John Ouldfield, and he qualified on 1/12/1737.
(10) Archer Smith declined to serve. Richard Singleton was elected to replace Archer Smith, and he qualified on 1/12/1737.
(11) Zachariah Villepontoux declined to serve. Samuel Morris was elected to replace Zachariah Villepontoux, and he qualified on 1/12/1737.
(12) James LeBas died between December 3, 1737 and January 19, 1738. Thomas Monck was elected to replace James LeBas, and he qualified on 2/23/1738.
(13) Othniel Beale was elected to represent St. John's, Colleton Parish, St. Philip's Parish, and St. Thomas's & St. Dennis's Paraish. He declined to serve in all three.
(14) Benjamin D'Harriette was elected to replace Othniel Beale in St. John's, Colleton Parish, but he too declined to serve. William Drake was elected to replace Benjamin D'Harriette, and he qualified on 2/2/1737.
(15) Richard Bedon died between October 3, 1738 and January 17, 1739. Joseph Elliott was elected to replace Richard Bedon, and he qualified on 2/21/1739.
(16) Robert Ladson declined to serve. Jeremiah Miles was elected to replace Robert Ladson, and he qualified on 12/4/1736. Jeremiah Miles died between January 21, 1737 and February 7, 1737. Roger Saunders was elected to replace Jeremiah Miles, but he declined to serve. Robert Yonge was elected to replace Roger Saunders, and he qualified on 12/7/1737.
(17) John Dart was elected to replace Othniel Beale in St. Philip's Parish, and he qualified on 12/2/1736.
(18) John Vicaridge was elected to replace Othniel Beale in St. Thomas's & St. Dennis's Parish. John Vicaridge died on June 13, 1737. John Paget was elected to replace John Vicaridge, and he qualified on 1/19/1738.
