Was the Charleston & Savannah Railroad. Owned by Plant Systems.

After the Civil War, Connecticut entrepreneur Henry B. Plant built a network of railroads across southern Georgia and northern Florida. By 1880, he moved into South Carolina and purchased the ailing Charleston & Savannah Railroad, and renamed it to the Charleston & Savannah Railway. Plant systems built and operated other short line railroads within South Carolina in the 1880s and 1890s.

In 1902, the Atlantic Coast Line acquired all of Plant Systems' assets.
