President and Acting Governor Robert Quarry's Executive Council

Upon the resignation of President and Acting Governor Joseph West, the Executive Council elected Robert Quarry as their President and Acting Governor in July of 1685. In October of 1685, Joseph Morton was again appointed as the new governor by the Lords Proprietors.
On September 9, 1685, the Lords Proprietors sent a letter to Joseph Morton advising him that Maurice Matthews and James Moore were illegally chosen as Deputies, and they are to be replaced with Andrew Percivall and Barnard Schenckingh.
On September 10, 1685, the Lords Proprietors also dismissed John Boone as a Deputy.
