Detached from the Militia of North Carolina, in pursuance of a Requisition from the President of the United States, by virtue of an act of Congress passed April 10, 1812.
- 1st Company Detached from the Wake Regiment of NC Militia
- 2nd Company Detached from the Edgecombe Regiment of NC Militia
- 3rd Company Detached from the Bertie Regiment of NC Militia
- 4th Company Detached from the Carteret Regiment of NC Militia
- 5th Company Detached from the Brunswick Regiment of NC Militia
