An Act to Authorize the Trustees of Vine Hill Academy, in the County of Halifax, to Sell a Part of the Lands Belonging to the Institute.

Private Laws of the State of North Carolina Passed in 1866-67 - Page 316.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the Trustees of the Vine Hill Academy, in the county of Halifax, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to sell and make title to such portion of the land belonging to said Institution, as in their judgment may be to the advantage of the Institution.

Sec. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.

Ratified the 21st day of February, A.D., 1867.
