An Act to Provide for the Erection of Additional Buildings and Further Equipment of the North Carolina College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. That the sum of seven thousand and five hundred dollars, annually, for the years eighteen hundred and ninety-five and eighteen hundred and ninety-six, be appropriated for the erection of additional buildings; and for the further equipment of the college, three thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars, to be paid out of funds in the state treasury, not otherwise appropriated, on the first days of April and September of each year.

Sec. 2. That the treasurer of the state of North Carolina be, and he is hereby, declared ex officio the treasurer of the board of trustees of the said college.

Sec. 3. That this Act shall be in force from and after its ratification.
