This General Assembly convened in two regular sessions, held from November 24th to December 20th in 1806, and held from November 23rd to December 19th in 1807. A Special Session was convened from June 20th to June 29th in 1808.

(3) Elected as Governor of South Carolina on December 9, 1806, gave up his seat in the House.
(4) Elected to replace Charles Pinckney, qualified on 11/30/1807.
(5) Elected as Sheriff of the Sumter District on 12/6/1807, had to give up his seat in the House.
(6) Elected to replace John Conyers, qualified on 6/22/1808.
(7) Election protested, Committe on Priveleges and Elections found no evidence to overturn the election.
(8) Elected as Sheriff of the Beaufort District on 12/5/1806, had to give up his seat in the House.
(9) Elected to replace William Maine Hutson, qualified on 6/21/1808.
(10) Elected in the general election, but he was the current SC Governor at that time. Election was protested, and a new election called. Re-elected in special election, by then his term as Governor had expired, so he took his seat in the SC House, and qualified on 12/8/1807.
(11) John Smyly died after the first session.
(12) Elected to replace John Smyly, qualified on 11/25/1807.
(13) Elected as Sheriff of the Charleston District on 12/7/1807, had to give up his seat in the House.
(14) Elected to replace Charles John Stedman, qualified on 6/20/1808.
(15) John Mitchell died on January 15, 1808.
(16) Elected to replace John Mitchell, qualified on 6/21/1808.
(17) James S. McKoy died in 1808.
(18) Elected to replace James S. McKoy, qualified on 6/20/1808.
(19) Elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1807, resigned his seat in the Senate.
(20) Elected to replace Joseph Calhoun, qualified on 11/26/1807.
(21) Richard Creech died on January 6, 1808.

(23) William Elliott died on May 7, 1808.

(25) Appointed as Solicitor for the Southern Circuit in SC on 12/30/1805, resigned his seat in the Senate on 11/29/1806.
