Thomas Skottowe was elected as Clerk of the House. Edward Weyman and Jacob Axson were elected as Messengers of the House.
(1) No returns were received from All Saints Parish or St. Luke's Parish before this Assembly was dissolved.
(2) Benjamin Farrar, George Haig, Arthur Middleton, William Skirving, and Thomas Smith were elected in the general election, but they never qualified before this Assembly was dissolved.
(3) William Elliott declined to serve. Seat remained vacant.
(4) James Carson declined to serve. Seat remained vacant.
(5) John Bull declined to serve. Seat remained vacant.
