2) Bennettsville Army Air Field (aka Palmer Field)	Bennettsville	Defunct Military	-	1942	1946	Level 1 pilot training airfield. Had a 4,700' irregular all-direction turf field for landings and takeoffs. May have had four auxiliary airfields, although none have been identified. Flying training was performed with Fairchild PT-19s as the primary trainer. Also had several PT-17 Stearmans assigned. 1943, renamed to Palmer Field. 1946, turned over to local authorities.
3) Marlboro County Jetport (was Marlboro County Airport)	Bennettsville	General Aviation	BBP	1946	-	Was Bennettsville Airport, Bennettsville Army Air Field, Palmer Field. Re-opened in 1946 as Marlboro County Airport. Also known as H.E. Avent Field.
4) Clio Crop Care Airport	Clio	Private	9W9	1976	-	Per AirNav - activated 5/1976. Privately owned by Ken Hanke.
